The goal of the project: To attract a broader range of Ukrainian organisations, particularly at the local and regional levels, to participate in tenders of EU budget programs through a set of activities for informational, educational and advisory support, as well as promoting the profiles and proposals of Ukrainian organisations in international networks and databases.
The project team plans to prepare and provide information on the conditions of participation and the procedures for submitting applications for competitions of such EU programs as Horizon Europa, Digital Europe, LIFE, Copernicus, EU4Health, Single Market, cross-border Interreg Next programs, tools for supporting innovative activities from the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and others to be accessed in 2024.
Target groups of the project: Legal and natural persons interested in participating in EU program competitions. Special attention will be paid to organisations at the regional and local levels.
Main activities in the project:
- educational activities for obtaining knowledge and skills regarding the preparation of the main constituent parts of successful project applications;
- dissemination of information about tenders of EU budget programs;
- assistance to Ukrainian organisations in the formation of project application concepts and partner profiles and the promotion of these profiles among potential partners#
- practical activities on the main aspects of preparing project applications for EU program competitions.
Project activities will be aimed at organisations with different knowledge and experience and at authorities and local self-government bodies regarding organisational and other support to Ukrainian organisations for their more effective participation in EU program competitions, especially for implementing large infrastructural (complex) projects. An essential feature of the project’s activities will be the broader involvement of experts and organisations that can share their experience implementing successful projects and submitting applications for EU program competitions.
In this project, informational and educational activities will be combined with practical trainings on forming partner profiles and concepts of project ideas, as well as with activities related to finding partners for preparing joint projects for open and expected competitions of EU programs. Thanks to the educational and training events, an expert network of organisations and individuals who can provide personalized support to Ukrainian organisations will also be formed.
